Embroidery is how premium brands mark their gear. Your artwork gets digitized into a stitch file, loaded onto our multi-head commercial embroidery machines, and sewn thread-by-thread into the garment. The result is raised, tactile, and virtually indestructible — it doesn’t fade, crack, or peel.
Embroidery shines on structured garments — caps, polos, jackets, dress shirts, and workwear. We recommend keeping logos clean and bold, since fine details don’t always translate to stitch. Typical left chest is 3.5" wide and runs 5,000–9,000 stitches. Full-back and jacket-back designs can push 30,000+.
One-time digitizing fee starts at $50 and gives you a reusable file you can bring back for every future order. We also do 3D puff embroidery on hats, appliqué, and specialty threads.

Digitize your logo
Your artwork is converted into a stitch file — every colour, direction, and underlay is mapped by a human digitizer.
Sample & approve
We stitch a test sew-out on the same fabric you’re ordering and send photos for approval before touching your garments.
Hoop & run
Garments are hooped with backing, loaded onto the machines, and stitched. Our 6-head setup runs six pieces at a time.
Trim & inspect
Loose threads trimmed, backing removed, every piece inspected. Then folded, counted, and ready for pickup or shipping.
