— ORDERING & QUOTES
Minimums vary by decoration method: Screen printing starts at 24 pieces, embroidery at 16 pieces, and laser engraving at 12 pieces. Digital printing has no minimum — we’ll print one piece if that’s all you need. See our individual service pages for details.

Standard turnaround is 7–10 business days for screen printing and digital printing, 10–14 days for embroidery, and 5–10 days for laser engraving, starting from the day artwork is approved and deposit is received. Rush service is available with surcharges.
New clients pay 100% up front. Established clients with 12+ months of order history qualify for 50% deposit / 50% on delivery. All setup fees (digitizing, screen burns, artwork prep) are due with the deposit.
— ARTWORK & FILES
Vector files (.ai, .eps, .pdf, .svg) are ideal for screen printing, embroidery, and laser engraving. For digital printing, a high-res PNG with transparent background at 300 DPI works great. Full artwork requirements are on our Artwork Guidelines page.
Yes — we offer in-house graphic design starting at $75 for simple cleanup and going up based on scope. This includes two rounds of revisions, and the final production-ready files are yours to keep. Email your concept or rough sketch to sales@singhcustoms.ca and we’ll quote the design work along with the decoration.
Email files to sales@singhcustoms.ca. Include your name, company, and order number if you have one. ZIP large files or multiple files. For anything over 20MB, use WeTransfer or Google Drive and share the link.
— PRODUCTION & DELIVERY
Yes, we decorate customer-supplied garments. Please note we don’t replace or refund garments damaged in production — misprints on supplied goods are at customer risk. For this reason we recommend letting us source blanks through our supplier (Iconic), which gives us full quality accountability.
Yes — we ship Canada-wide via Canada Post, Purolator, and FedEx. Shipping costs are quoted at the time of order based on weight and destination. Local Calgary pickup at our shop is always free.
Because every order is custom, all sales are final once production begins. If there’s a defect or we missed spec, we’ll remake or refund the affected pieces — just let us know within 7 days of delivery. Sizing issues, colour preference on Pantone matches, and artwork changes after approval aren’t covered.
Yes, depending on current production load. Rush surcharge ranges from 15% to 50% depending on turnaround required and decoration method. Reach out with your deadline and we’ll tell you what’s possible.
