Screen printing.
The gold standard for bulk apparel runs. Rich, saturated, bulletproof ink prints on tees, hoodies, crewnecks, and tote bags. If you need 24 pieces or 2,400, this is how it gets done right.
BUILT FOR
BULK RUNS.
Screen printing is the most durable way to decorate apparel — full stop. Ink is pushed through a tensioned mesh screen, baked in at 330°F, and bonded into the garment fibres. The result is a print that survives commercial laundry, outdoor wear, and years of abuse without cracking or fading.
We run automatic and manual presses, custom-mix Pantone inks, and can print up to 6 colours per location on light or dark garments. Standard placements are front chest, full-front, full-back, sleeve, and pocket. Want puff, metallic, discharge, or specialty inks? We do those too.
Because screens have to be burned for every design, there’s a one-time setup cost per colour — which is why screen print gets dramatically cheaper per-piece the bigger the order. Under 24 pieces, digital printing is usually the smarter call.
Four steps,
zero guesswork.
Artwork & separation
You send us print-ready artwork (or we build it). We separate it colour by colour and output films for every screen.
Burn the screens
Screens get coated in emulsion, exposed to UV through your film, washed out, and dried. One screen per colour per design.
Register & run
Screens lock into the press, we register colours to hit, and run a test print. Once approved, the full order runs.
Cure & QC
Every print rides through our conveyor dryer at 330°F to fully cure the ink. We wash-test random pulls before packing.
See it on the floor.
