Patches are the oldest trick in apparel decoration and still one of the most effective. They give a piece instant character, premium feel, and a proper sense of craft — whether it’s a snapback, a varsity jacket, or a workwear coat.
We produce five patch types: embroidered (classic stitched), woven (fine detail, thread-based), PVC (flexible 3D rubber), faux leather (laser-engraved, premium look), and real leather (debossed or laser-engraved). Each has its own sweet spot depending on design, placement, and budget.
Backing options: iron-on for permanent DIY application, sew-on for jackets and heavy fabrics, hook-and-loop (Velcro) for swappable tactical gear, and adhesive for temporary use. Minimum order 50 pieces per design.

Digitize & spec
Artwork is converted to stitch file (embroidery) or vector mold file (PVC/leather). You approve a digital proof.
Production
Patches are manufactured to spec — stitched, woven, molded, or laser-engraved depending on type. Die-cut to shape.
Attach or ship
We can sew, heat-press, or Velcro-apply patches to your garments, or ship them loose for you to handle.
