We’ve been printing and stitching for Calgary sports teams since day one — Lester B. Pearson High School basketball and volleyball, United Nova FC, competitive hockey clubs, adult-league soccer squads, and dozens of school-league teams across northeast Calgary. Team gear is where our shop cut its teeth, and it’s still one of the things we do best.
A full team package usually mixes methods: jerseys and shorts get numbers and names in heat-transfer vinyl for a clean, thin, professional look. Warm-up hoodies and shooter shirts get screen-printed team logos. Coaches’ polos and toques get embroidered crests. Bags and hats round it out. We coordinate all of that in one order so nothing arrives late or off-brand — and everything ships or gets picked up together.
Managing a team roster with a bunch of different sizes and names is more work than a standard order, and we’ve built the process around it. Send us a roster spreadsheet with names, numbers, and sizes; we handle the rest. Any changes before we press vinyl are free. If you’ve got a tournament deadline — provincials, playoffs, first game — tell us when you send the quote request. Rush is possible with enough lead time.

Roster & artwork
Send us your team logo (vector preferred) and a roster spreadsheet with names, numbers, and sizes for each piece. We build the full order plan from there.
Mock-up every position
We proof each piece — jersey, warm-up, hat, bag — so your coach and captains see exactly what’s coming before we cut vinyl or burn screens.
Production
Screens burn, vinyl gets cut, embroidery machines run. Everything runs in parallel on our floor so full team orders don’t take longer than a single piece would.
Delivery before game day
QC-checked, folded, and sorted by player when possible. Pickup at our northeast Calgary shop or Canada-wide shipping in time for your first game.
