Vinyl transfers.
Precision-cut vinyl for jersey numbers, names, team kits, uniforms, and personalization. Clean edges, crisp typography, no minimums. Every jersey, every player, every time.
CUT CLEAN,
PRESSED SHARP.
Heat transfer vinyl (HTV) is cut from solid-colour rolls on our plotter, weeded by hand, and heat-pressed onto the garment. It’s the cleanest possible finish for text, numbers, and single-colour logos — especially on performance fabrics where ink doesn’t always behave.
We stock over 20 colours and finishes: standard matte, gloss, metallic, reflective, glitter, and stretch vinyl for activewear. Perfect for jersey numbers and names (each piece personalized), team uniforms, event staff tees, and any small-run job that needs sharp typography.
Vinyl is best for simple, bold artwork — one to two colours max. For complex multi-colour graphics, DTF is usually the smarter call. We’ll steer you the right direction when you quote.
Four steps,
zero guesswork.
Artwork & layout
We confirm fonts, numbering scheme, name list, and placement. Full-size layout proof sent before we cut a thing.
Cut the vinyl
Our plotter cuts each design out of your chosen vinyl colour. Letters, numbers, logos — one piece per design.
Weed & line up
Excess vinyl is weeded away by hand. Each design is lined up on its garment with placement gauges for consistency.
Press & finish
Heat press at 305°F for 15 seconds. Peel the carrier, second press for lock-in. Crisp edges, zero lift.
See it on the floor.
